New users: As part of your first login, you'll complete a one-time Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) setup:
- Enter your credentials. You'll be briefly returned to the login page.
- Check your email for a verification message and verify your account.
- Once verified, login one more time.
- Choose your preferred MFA method: phone number or authenticator app.
- Verify your identity using the code sent to you.
Going forward, you'll see a single login button each time you sign in.
All users: To update your password, use Create or Reset Password on the login screen.
Grant recommendations are now exclusively online via the DFX Platform! As a result, the SEI Giving Fund Grant Recommendation form has been taken offline and will no longer be accepted by RCF & SEI as of 7/31/2023. Please alert your clients about this change. DFX allows donors and advisors to review all pertinent information regarding the DAF including grant-making data, self-service grant recommendations, contribution history, and more! View the SEI Donor User Guide for details on the portal and how to submit the grant recommendations online. Remember to mark your calendars regarding this change as of 7/31/2023, RCF and SEI will no longer accept paper Grant Recommendation forms.
